This board is made from cherry and oak trees, responsibly harvested from the Millis Meadows property in St. Louis, MO.

End grain cutting boards wear well over time and are gentle on knife blades. To properly care for your end grain board, wash shortly after use with a mild soap and cool water. When surface begins to dull, use conditioner to restore luster: apply conditioner to a dry board using a cotton cloth and work into the surface completely, then allow 24 hours to cure before use.
